Production and Standard Delivery times

Please note that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.

• The production process involves fulfilling orders based on your personalisation, conducting quality checks to ensure every item reaches our customers in optimal condition, and packaging. As all items are made to order, a certain amount of time is necessary for production before dispatching them to you.
• Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our facility to your delivery address.

Production and shipping times vary based on the types of items you purchase and the delivery location. Please be aware that this timeframe is an estimate only:

• UK domestic orders

• International Orders:

Additional days may be required if orders need to go through customs. We have no control over the customs process, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays resulting from this.

* Special Note:

• Once your order is successfully placed and ready for shipping, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. Please monitor your inbox for your tracking number, allowing you to track your package until delivery.
• You can also proactively track your order status by visiting the "Track Order" page on our website. Simply enter your order number and email address, then click “Track My Order” to view the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Alternatively, log into your account (or sign up if you haven't already) on our website and navigate to My Account > My Orders.
• During busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times may be extended by a few days. Our cutoff times will be clearly displayed on our website. We do not guarantee timely arrival or accept responsibility for late deliveries of orders placed after the cutoff dates.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping location and item weight.

Additional charges may apply when orders go through customs.

Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping Service

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to orders that meet ALL of the following conditions:

• U.K domestic orders
• Over $70 after applying any available discount code
• Not include Canvas Print, Wood Print, Acrylic Board Wall Art, Poster, Wood/Metal Sign, Doormat, Acrylic/Wooden Plaque, and Acrylic LED Night Light.

Express Shipping is available for Vertical Rectangle LED Night Lights, Mugs, Ceramic/Plastic Ornaments, Shirts, Doormats, and Posters orders. Expect to receive your packages within 2 - 5 business days after the required production time (1 - 5 business days). For other items, we are working to enable this option in the future.

Delivery Areas

Our products can be shipped to UK and EU countries, except for:

• Large packages like Canvases or Metal Signs cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. In such cases, we require your physical address for safe and prompt delivery.
• We cannot ship to Army addresses, but we are exploring delivery options for these locations.

Please note that we cannot ship orders to non-postal addresses or multiple addresses. Provide a single mailing address or place separate orders for each shipping destination.

Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address

Ensure all details, including the recipient’s name, are accurate. Otherwise, items will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. TrendingCustom.com is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.

If you need to change your address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot modify your delivery details.

We may attempt to contact you to confirm details if there are issues with your shipping address, such as misspelled city/state names or incorrect ZIP codes. Please note that we cannot guarantee timely delivery in these cases.
