1. Defective/ Damaged items

1.1 Timeframe

Please note:

  • Replacement or refund requests for these cases are accepted within 30 days only after the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
  • You are not required to return the defective item received for a refund or replacement.

1.2 Eligibility

As our products are customised, we do not exchange or issue a full refund unless the item you received has a major problem, such as:

  • Being significantly different from the description or preview shown to you;
  • Damaged due to our factory's fault or during shipping;
  • Not what you ordered;

    For other cases (not mentioned above), we offer a partial refund (excluding shipping fee). Also, please allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received as advertised images may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor display.

    1.3 How to file a claim

    To file a claim, please fill our contact form at https://contact.trendingcustom.co.uk/, and include the following information (mandatory):

    • Order number
    • Video/ photo of the defective product
    • For printing errors, include photographs of the error.
    • For sizing issues, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in photographs of affected garments..Example:

      • For missing items, provide images of the received item and the detailed shipping label.
      • For malfunctioning items (e.g., LED light not working), provide a video showing the issue clearly.

      Our support team will review the photos/videos of the defective item. If eligible, we will resend the product to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not feasible, we will reimburse you for the eligible product's full cost (including shipping).

      1.4 Note

      Refunds or replacements are generally NOT accepted due to customer mistakes such as:

      • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colours, etc.
      • Failing to carefully preview the design to ensure it is set correctly (as our printing files are automatically generated exactly as shown on our website).

      Therefore, please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.

      2. Lost/ Missing items

      • Replacement or refund requests for these cases are accepted within 30 days only after your purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
      • If your order hasn’t been updated for more than 14 days (domestic orders) and more than 21 days (international orders), you have the right to request a replacement or refund. To file a claim, contact us through our contact form at https://contact.trendingcustom.co.uk/, including the order number (mandatory).
      • Note: Refunds or replacements are generally not accepted due to customer mistakes such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Therefore, please check your address carefully before checkout.

      3. Replacement/ Refund process

      • As our products are customised, we don’t accept return items; you can choose to donate, keep, or dispose of them as you wish. Your replacement follows the same timeframe as a normal order. Please refer to our shipping policy here:https://trendingcustom.co.uk/pages/shipping-policy.
      • Regarding refunds, you will receive a confirmation once the process is complete. Please allow approximately 7-10 days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account (depending on various banks).

      Please note that placing an order signifies your acceptance of all the terms mentioned above.
